3. Tax Responsibility

Profits earned through Arbitjet may be subject to taxation in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

4. Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to create only one user account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or the use of shared payment credentials across users is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in:

Loss of referral commissions.
Suspension or permanent termination of accounts.
Withholding of profits pending investigation.

5. Financial Transactions

All transactions made via Arbitjet are final and irreversible, unless otherwise stated. Investment cancellation may be permitted per our Cancellation Policy (see Section 10).

6. Content Ownership & Restrictions

All content, including but not limited to text, design, logos, images, layout, scripts, and graphics, is the property of Arbitjet and protected under international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, store, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our platform without our explicit written permission.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, particularly if:

You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
Fraud, abuse, or security risks are suspected.
Legal obligations necessitate such action.

We may share your account data if required by law or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arbitjet, its users, or the public.

8. Security & Anti-Fraud Measures

We take user safety seriously. Our fraud prevention system includes:

Verification of IP addresses and account identifiers.
Suspension of suspicious accounts.

Multiple users operating from the same IP address or using similar account data (e.g., identical security questions) may be flagged for fraud and require manual verification.

Arbitjet is not liable for losses resulting from account breaches due to weak passwords, shared credentials, or compromised personal information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may include links to third-party websites. Arbitjet is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

While all investments are generally considered final and non-refundable, users may request cancellation of their investment, subject to the following conditions:

A 30% penalty will apply to the original principal.
Profits earned to date will be retained by the investor.
Processing time for refunds is up to 30 business days.
Refunds are granted solely at Arbitjet’s discretion based on compliance with this agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Kingdom.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
